All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

2. Shipping and Handling

Homework assures our customers that there will be no hidden cost relating to shipping and handling of our products. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days for in-stock products. While for any other customized items will be informed again by our customer service via Email.

Customers can always keep track of their order in the customers section of the website. All histories and status of your order will be provided there.

3. Return Policy

Please understand that Homework’s products are hand-made and from natural materials. Considering those factors, there is a possibility that there is a slight different between the items that you receive with the item as shown on our website. With this limitation, our customer service has a few considerations to make. Including and not limited whether the difference is natural and fixable or defect

Customers have the right to submit their refund or return request via email or Whatsapp or LINE within 8 days after the item is sent (referring to the shipping receipt) if the received item is/are:

  1. Wrong item
  2. Defect
  3. Missing part

Upon request, please include the following details:

  1. Receipt number
  2. Your name
  3. Detail of the complaint
  4. Picture of the product

After Homework has validated the request, the customer has the right to choose the following options to resolve the complaint:

  1. Return
  2. Refund

Either one, seller need to send the item back to Homework. Shipping fee will be on us.

Customized Furniture and Lightings

Customers can place the order via email, phone, website or in person at our showroom. To ensure that the furniture and lighting fit your home or office, we will work with you on a one-on-one basis to assist you in choosing the right materials.

The customer needs to review and approve the purchase order including the material details and the attached drawing before making any payment. Approving the purchase order constitutes acceptance and full responsibility for any errors, omissions and legal compliance in this document and the purchase order.

Our production team will only start the construction once the upfront payment of at least 50% of the order total. Production process normally would take up to 6-8 weeks to complete after the first payment is received. Please understand that delay may occur. But, we will work as hard and fast as humanly possible.

Shipping charges are not included in the order total and the time of purchase. Your order will be shipped by our trusted logistic partner once we receive the rest of the total order plus the shipping fee.

Once the customer received the customised furniture and/or lightings, please check for any damages. If you notice any damages, please ensure that the driver knows about the damages. Customers have the right to reject the damaged item. If you authorize the product to be delivered in your absence or without your inspection, you automatically represent that the product is received in good condition and will void all rights to returns and claims.

Limited Liabilities

Please understand that Homework is not responsible for any future lost, damages or any health injuries that may be caused by our product to the customers or any other third party

Account termination

Homework has the right to terminate and delete customers’ account after a notice sent you via email. Termination and deletion of the account and password are based on our careful considerations and reasoning, one of them is because of the prohibition or violation to our terms and conditions.
